This is the second part of the series, MS Word Shortcuts.
Here is a list of 10 keyboard shortcuts that you could use while using Microsoft Word.(In no particular order)
- Shift + Rt arrow = Extends the selection to the right one character
- Alt + Shift + C = Closes the active window pane (if you are in Normal View and have, for example, the Footnote pane open)
- Shift + Left arrow = Extends the selection to the left one character
- Ctrl +Shift+C = Copies the formatting of the selection
- Alt + Ctrl + S = Splits the active window horizontally and then adjusts the split
- Ctrl + Shift + D = Double underlines the selection (toggle)
- Alt R, G = Groups the selected drawing objects
- Alt R, I = Sets up a grid for aligning drawing objects
- Alt R, U = Ungroups the selected group of drawing objects
- Ctrl+C = Copies the selection and puts it on the Clipboard
