This is the third part of the series, Microsoft Word Shortcuts.
Here is a list of 10 keyboard shortcuts that you could use while using Microsoft Word.(In no particular order)
- Alt + Ctrl + 2 = Applies Heading 2 style to the selected text
- Ctrl+X = Cuts the selection and puts it on the Clipboard
- Ctrl+F = Finds the specified text or the specified formatting
- Ctrl+V = Inserts the Clipboard contents at the insertion point
- Alt + Shift + Backspc = Redoes the last action that was undone
- Ctrl+H = Finds the specified text or the specified formatting and replaces it
- Ctrl+A = Selects the entire document
- Ctrl+Z = Reverses the last action
- Ctrl+Shift+End = Extends the selection to the end of the last line of the document
- Ctrl+End = Moves the insertion point to the end of the last line of the document
