This is the third part of the series, Microsoft Word Shortcuts.

Part 1, Part 2.

Here is a list of 10 keyboard shortcuts that you could use while using Microsoft Word.(In no particular order)

  1. Alt + Ctrl + 2 = Applies Heading 2 style to the selected text
  2. Ctrl+X = Cuts the selection and puts it on the Clipboard
  3. Ctrl+F = Finds the specified text or the specified formatting
  4. Ctrl+V = Inserts the Clipboard contents at the insertion point
  5. Alt + Shift + Backspc = Redoes the last action that was undone
  6. Ctrl+H = Finds the specified text or the specified formatting and replaces it
  7. Ctrl+A = Selects the entire document
  8. Ctrl+Z = Reverses the last action
  9. Ctrl+Shift+End = Extends the selection to the end of the last line of the document
  10. Ctrl+End = Moves the insertion point to the end of the last line of the document
